Step 1: Schedule Your Consultation
Your consultation - which you can schedule to have via phone, email, text, or in person if you're in the Central Ohio area - will simply start with us getting some basic information. If you’d prefer to proceed without a consultation and get started right away – that’s fine too. We’re here whenever you need us.
Step 2: Send Us Your Documents
Once you provide your basic information, we will email you everything you need to know to create your account. Then, you can start uploading your W2’s and other documents right away - at your convenience and on your schedule. You can also download our mobile app and start sending your documents that way, if that’s more convenient. We can even provide ways to fax or (snail) mail your documents, if that’s more your speed. No judgement - we’ve got something for everyone.
Step 3: Sit Back & Relax
Now, you just sit back and think about everything you can do with your maximum refund. We will send you weekly updates, so you’ll never have to wonder what’s happening. Of course, if you have any questions in the meantime; you can reach us by phone, email, text, or via the app.
